Have a question, a rough idea, or a merch project you’re ready to explore? Whether you know exactly what you want or you’re still figuring it out, we’re here to help. Reach out and tell us a bit about your brand, your audience, and what you’re hoping to create—we’ll take it from there.
No pressure. Just a conversation about what actually works.
You had the logo. You had the budget.
And somehow, the merch still ended up at the bottom of a drawer—or worse, in the trash.
Cheap fabrics. Rushed designs. Items that don’t feel like your brand.
We see it all the time. And that’s exactly why we do things differently.
We specialize in custom branded apparel and promotional products that feel intentional. The kind of merchandise people actually want to wear, use, and keep because it’s high quality and looks good.
We work closely with our clients to make sure every piece aligns with your brand—your look, your values, and your goals. When it’s done right, branded merchandise doesn’t just show up once. It stays in circulation, building recognition, trust, and long-term visibility where it matters most: out in the real world.
We’ve partnered with a wide range of national brands, media projects, nonprofits, and organizations to deliver custom promotional merchandise and branded apparel, including:
Good merch doesn’t start with a catalog. It starts with a conversation. Before we ever talk products, pricing, or quantities, we take time to understand your brand—who you’re trying to reach, what you want to communicate, and where this merchandise will actually live in the real world. That clarity shapes every decision that follows, ensuring the final result feels thoughtful, aligned, and purposeful—not rushed or generic.
We work with trusted production partners to deliver high-quality merchandise at competitive rates choosing the right method for each project.
Merchandise is often the first physical interaction someone has with your brand.
When it’s done well, it builds trust.
It sparks conversation.
It keeps your brand visible long after the event is over.
When it’s done poorly, it does the opposite.
We believe merchandise should add to your brand—not dilute it. That’s why every item we produce is designed to carry your story into the real world, the right way.
When you invest in branded merchandise, you’re not just ordering products—you’re shaping how people experience your brand in the real world. Here’s what working with Wade Clark Productions actually looks like.
No more boxes of leftover merch collecting dust. We focus on quality, comfort, and real-world usefulness so your branded apparel and products become part of your audience’s everyday life—not an afterthought.
When merch gets worn and used repeatedly, your brand keeps showing up without ongoing ad spend. One smart investment turns into long-term visibility.
Your logo shouldn’t feel like an afterthought. Every design starts with your brand’s personality, tone, and message, ensuring the final product feels intentional, cohesive, and unmistakably you.
We choose quality materials and production methods that hold up in the real world—because your brand shouldn’t fade after a few wears.
Ordering custom merchandise can bring up a lot of questions—from timelines and minimums to pricing and design details. We’ve answered some of the most common things clients ask us before getting started. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help clarify and guide you through the process.
We help brands create high-quality, brand-aligned merchandise that people actually want to wear, use, and keep.
Not throwaway items.
Not last-minute decisions.
Merchandise that looks cool in the real world.
With a conversation.
We start with a short discovery call—in person, Zoom or on the phone. You tell us what you're trying to accomplish, who the merchandise is for, and where it will be used. We ask specific questions so together, we can clearly define your goals.
The possibilities are endless when it comes to high-quality brand-aligned merchandise. Here are a few examples:
company swag for employees (new hire kits, team gifts, uniforms)
event gear (conferences, tournaments, trade shows, fundraisers)
VIP / client gifts (the kind people don't just throw away)
Merch drops for e-commerce (small brand runs, limited releases)
Sponsorship visibility (when you need your logo to show up well)
Schools / churches / nonprofits (spirit wear, camps, volunteer teams)
The next step is for us to narrow the field. You won't get bombarded with dozens of options. You'll get a curated set of recommendations that fit your brand, timeline, and budget. When it makes sense, we'll provide blank samples so you can evaluate quality firsthand. From there, we create virtual mockups for approval before anything goes into production.
Clear steps. No guesswork.
Yes. That's a core part of the value.
Many clients come to us after ordering merchandise that missed the mark—wrong fit, poor materials, inconsistent printing, or designs that looked better on a screen than in real life. We help avoid those issues by making thoughtful decisions up front.
Good merchandise is planned. Not improvised.
Earlier than you think.
Product availability changes. Lead times fluctuate. Sizes sell out. The earlier we connect, the more control you have over the outcome. Waiting until the last minute limits options and increases stress. Neither is necessary.
If there's a firm deadline, reach out as soon as you know the date—even if details are still forming.
Short answer? No. Here's why: Print-on-demand prioritizes convenience over consistency. Quality varies, options are limited, and the final product rarely reflects the brand as well as it should. We focus on planned production runs so materials, fit, and finish are all intentional. Yes, it can be more of an upfront investment, but we find it's always worth it.
We typically discourage very small runs.
Smaller quantities limit product choices, increase per-unit cost, and reduce overall impact. In most cases, a slightly larger, well-planned run delivers better results and better value.
If a project truly requires a small quantity, we'll talk through whether it makes sense—and whether we're the right fit.
We don't—and that's by design. We work with trusted production partners across screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and specialty methods. This allows us to choose the right process for each project rather than forcing everything through a single solution.
The result is better quality and consistency.
Two things:
Waiting too long to reach out
Choosing merchandise based on price alone
When merchandise feels like an afterthought, it shows. We help clients avoid that by planning early and prioritizing quality where it matters.
Timelines vary by product and quantity, but most projects follow a straightforward path:
Discovery and planning
Product selection
Sampling (when appropriate)
Design and approval
Production
Delivery
We set expectations early and communicate clearly throughout the process.
